Ugh. What is that??
It's like a cross between Parker Quink bottled ink (black), that stuff you use to color Easter eggs, lawn fertilizer, and Ban roll-on anti-perspirant with just a hint of old lady cigarette smoker* perfume for mystery.
Sometimes I think the cleaning staff like to mess with me by smearing stuff on the underside of my cubicle desktop.
* By which I mean, "Pretty much incapable of smelling anything she's slathered on her person."
